Depression

People who suffer from depression can have a hard time leaving their home (or even their room). By having a service dog, they now have someone else depending on them to take them out for potty, feed them, and take them on walks. Other ways that a service dog can help are (but are not limited to):

Deep pressure therapy
Retrieving medications
Provide tactile stimulation when necessary (licking face or hands)
Alert to a panic attack
